When will I be charge ?

How can I be sure my order is confirmed ?
You will received a confirmation email, check your spam if you can't find it. If not, contact us by email.
How to apply a promo code ?
Add the products to your basket, follow the instructions to place the order. On the last page there will be a box to enter your promo code. The total price
will update automatically.
What does preorder mean ?
Some products may be out of stock or available soon. You can pre-order them and they will be delivered to you as soon as they are available.
How do I get an invoice ?
You will receive it with ther order confirmation email. Otherwise you can find it in your customer account.
What delivery method is used ?
For decorative items and lamps, we use the "Colissimo 48h" service provided by the postal service.
For furniture and rugs we use a carrier which will specified to you when ordering.
If you live in the Alpes- Maritimes, you can pick your order from our stock in Mouans-sartoux (06370) by appointment.
When will my order be delivered ?
Objects and lamps :
After confirmation of payment, we send orders within 1 to 2 working days, you will receive an email with the parcel tracking number.
For France deliveries take 2 to 4 days to arrive
For Europe it takes 4 to 6 days to arrive.
For International and Dom-TOM , you will be informed at the time of the order, but it is generally 10 to 15 days.
Furniture and carpets :
For each products you are told if is in stock or if it is made to order. The delivery time after manufacture is genarally two weeks for France.
What are the shipping fees ?
The delivery costs wil be communicated at the time of order confirmation. They depend on the product and the destination.Customs charges will not be included in the price of the shipment for coountries outside europe.
My order still hasn't arrived what should I do ?
When your order is dispatched, you will receive by e-mail a tracking number by the Colissimo service of the Post Office.
If you wish to have more details about the shipment, you can contact us via the « Contact » section by leaving us your customer and order number. Our team will be happy to contact you by e-mail or phone as soon as possible.
Orders are delivered within 2 to 4 working days in metropolitan France, excluding possible shipping problems related to the post office.
Returns and exchange
